The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State, Emeka Beke, has condemned Tony Okocha for continuing to parade himself as the chairman of the party in the state despite a court judgment barring him from doing so.
Speaking to journalists during a visit to the newly elected National Chairman of the APC at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, Beke said the visit was aimed at notifying the national leadership of the irregularities being perpetrated within the party in Rivers State.
Beke reaffirmed that the State Working Committee under his leadership remains fully committed to the core ideals of the APC, despite the internal challenges and what he described as ill-treatment against the legitimate structure of the party in the state.
