retired Colonel SAMBO DASUKI, challenging his alleged unlawful detention by the Federal Government.DASUKI was arrested by operatives of the Department of State Security Service on December 29, shortly after he was released on bail from the Kuje prison with respect to various sets of charges pending against him.In a ruling by a three-man bench headed by Justice CHIJOKE NWOKE, the ECOWAS Court dismissed the Federal Government’s objection to the hearing of DASUKI’S suit.Justice CHIJOKE NWOKE adjourned to May 17 and 18 for definite hearing of the substantive case.
