Suspected kidnappers have abducted two farmers in Parubber Community, Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State, reportedly demanding ₦100 million for their release.
The victims were said to have been kidnapped while carrying out farming activities in the community.
The incident has heightened concerns among residents, particularly farmers who depend on access to their farms for their livelihoods.
Security agencies are expected to intensify efforts to locate the victims, secure their safe release and apprehend those responsible for the abduction.
