The protesters are claiming to have uncovered plots by some persons they described as powerful within Emohua Local Government Area to arrest and possibly kill the leader of the vigilante unit in the community on allegation of wrong doings.
Representative of women in Ibaawho spoke to newsmen at the protest scene, expressed fears that if anything happened to Chinanu Eleonu, popularly called Naked, the experience of 2008 to 2016 where they did not go to farm or do any business in the community may repeat.
The woman pleaded with the authorities concern especially the local government Council Chairman, Chidi Lloyd to ignore any allegations against Naked and the members of his local vigilante group.
