This was made known by Vice President YEMI OSINBAJO after a meeting of the National Council on Privatisation, which he presides over.
Professor OSINBAJO was quoted in a statement explaining that the privatisation of Afam Power plants one-to-five would help to inject additional power into the national grid.
OSINBAJO also disclosed that the NCP approved the pursuit of an out-of-court settlement involving the privatisation of Aluminium Smelter Company of Nigeria.
He said the council also reviewed proposals presented by the Bureau of Public Enterprises for the reform and restructuring of various sectors of the economy.
