The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced its participation in the February 21st Rivers State House of Assembly by-elections for Ahoada East and Khana Constituency Two.
Speaking to journalists, Leader Sampson, Chairman of ADC in Rivers State, said the party is contesting not merely to participate, but to win the elections. He described ADC as “the party to beat” in the upcoming polls.
Sampson also revealed that the party has already conducted its primaries and commenced campaign activities across the affected constituencies, signalling a strong push to secure victory on election day.
