Medee who is the Head of the Economics Department at the University of Port Harcourt, further explained that the state government did not apply for a license to build a modular refinery.
Speaking in an interview with Today FM’s Ifunanya Obeme-Ndukwe, the former Commissioner alluded that the immediate past administration focused on other sectors like road infrastructure.
