Commissioning the project, at the Rivers state University, Governor Wike asserted that NURSS has become a political tool for some politicians, just as he advised the students not to become tools in the hands of politicians.
Addressing the issue of non-payment of bursary to Rivers indigenes in higher institutions, the Governor said bursary is a miniature issue in the state.
He also said he will address the issues raised concerning the College of Health Management Sciences and Technology at his own time.
Earlier, the National Association of Rivers state Students’ had pleaded with the state government to intervene on the prevailing issues in the College of Health Management Sciences and Technology.
