This is according to the vice chancellor of the Rivers state University, Professor Nlerum Okogbule who spoke on the side lines of the 74th inaugural lecture in the institution.
The vice chancellor noted that the green environment initiative of the institution is an idea conceived to promote conducive teaching and learning as well as healthy living.
