This is according to a former permanent secretary, federal ministry of tourism culture and national orientation, Adegoke Adeguroye, who has identified corruption as a major factor militating against the development of the nation.
Adeguroye made this remark as a guest lecturer during a lecture in Abuja to mark the nation’s 63rd independence anniversary.
