The Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas workers, NUPENG is advocating for stiffer Laws to check the activities of oil multinational companies operating in the country. Port Harcourt Zonal Chairman of NUPENG, GODWIN ERUBA who came out with this while addressing newsmen in the Rivers State capital, said oil companies continue to violate the existing operational guidelines. ERUBA called on the Federal Government and other relevant agencies to enforce the Laws to effectively checkmate activities of multinational oil companies.
