Our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR reports that the suspected kidnapper was arrested within the premises of the Choba Magistrates Court by men of the Choba Police Division.
The suspect was recognized by the Senior Magistrate, one week after he came under gun attack by suspected kidnappers while driving to work along the Emohua-Ogbakiri-Kalabari road.
The Senior Magistrate recounted how he escaped from the armed kidnappers following the intervention of soldiers and some prison staffs who were on their way to Kalabari axis of Rivers State on the day of the incident.
