A traditional Ruler in the state who lamented over the continued denial of employment opportunities for the youths in his community, faulted the process whereby recruitments are done in Abuja or Lagos by multinational companies who then post the successful candidates to the state.
On her part, the Chairman of the state council of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Beatrice Itubo who spoke on the recruitment of five thousand civil servants by the state government called for transparency in the process.
