Senate President, BUKOLA SARAKI, Deputy Senate President, IKE EKWEREMADU and two others are accused of tampering with the Senate Rule that paved the way for their emergence.
However; when the matter resumed in court in Abuja today; the prosecution counsel was unable to respond to a motion filed by the defendants challenging the jurisdiction of the court.
Following the development, the case was adjourned to the 7th of October.
