Also speaking in an interview with our correspondent, FELIX OJOGWU, another concerned Rumualogu resident who identified himself as CHINWO CHIAM, said the failure of the amnesty programme was largely responsible for the problem of insecurity.
CHINWO said it was unbelievable that hoodlums now operate in Rumualogu, something he said was unknown in the community that once ranked as the most peaceful in Akpor Kingdom.
Rumualogu has been in the news lately for the wrong reason, which involved the kidnapping of the son of the Paramount Ruler, for which a Port Harcourt-based lawyer is standing trial for alleged kidnapping and attempted murder.
