The Police Public Relations Officer, NNAMDI OMONI, confirmed the unconditional release of one hundred and thirty eight persons.
OMONI, who is a Deputy Superintendent of Police, told our correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA that the remaining suspects in custody have confessed to taking part in cult and criminal activities, including beheading in Omudioga and Egbeda communities in Emohua.
The Police spokesman investigations are still ongoing and the suspects in detention are helping the police with useful information.
