The Rivers State Government says it is fully prepared to host the 48th National Council on Establishments meeting in Port Harcourt from July 20 to 24.
Head of Service, Dr. Inyingi Brown, said the event will bring together the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Heads of Service from all states and the Federal Capital Territory, as well as permanent secretaries.
She assured delegates that adequate security, logistics and welfare arrangements have been put in place to ensure a successful meeting.
According to Dr. Brown, the council will focus on harmonising personnel policies and public service rules while advancing a more responsive and digitally driven civil service.
