The Rivers State Government says it is fully prepared to host the 48th National Council on Establishments meeting in Port Harcourt from July 20 to 24. Head of Service, Dr. Inyingi Brown, said the event will bring together the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Heads of Service from all states and the
