The Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Charles Wobodo, has commended BUA Transport Company for donating raincoats and rechargeable torches to support security operations in the area.
Speaking during the presentation in Omagwa, Wobodo said the donation would strengthen security personnel, particularly during the rainy season.
He recalled that the company donated a Toyota Sienna bus in 2025 to enhance the council’s security architecture.
The Commander of the Isiokpo Area Command, Ojiaku Festus Chimezie, thanked the company for fulfilling its commitment and urged other businesses to support security initiatives within the local government.
