The house also confirmed Fifteen Special Adviser nominees.
Speaking after the confirmation; Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly, IKUNYI IBANI charged the commissioners designate to work towards effective service delivery.
Meanwhile, some of the screened commissioner designates who spoke with correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA promised to work to the best of their ability.
Rivers State Governor, NYESOM WIKE will today swear in Five Nominees screened and confirmed by the Rivers State House of Assembly as commissioners of the State Executive Council.
The governor will also swear in seven nominees screened and confirmed by the Rivers State House of Assembly as Chairmen of Caretaker Committees of Seven Local Government Areas.
The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Government House Executive Council Chamber by 2pm.
