Our correspondent reports that DAKIPRIYE OBERE contracted the services of Chief OZEKHOME to challenge the special panel of the Court of Appeal that was set by the President of the Court of Appeal to hear the bail motion of the accused person.
In a motion before the Appellate Court; the Senior Advocate of Nigeria wants the President of the Court of Appeal to explain the powers to constitute a fresh appeal panel to sit on a murder trial.
Chief OZEKHOME who was represented in court by another lawyer, said the President of the Court of Appeal and the Port Harcourt Division of the Appellate Court have been served with the motion.
