President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has appealed to legal practitioners to support his fight against corruption. President BUHARI urged lawyers to avoid defending corrupt individuals no matter how lucrative such an offer. The President said to do so would mean to undermine the integrity of the legal system and cover up the misdeed of their clients. The appeal was made at the opening of the 2015 conference of the Nigerian Bar Association in Abuja. President BUHARI promised that his administration would do all within its powers to support reforms in the legal sector in the best interest of the nation.
