The panel struck out the petition of David Paul and ThankGod Nwabeke on the basis that a judgment had already been entered into the matter but only having challenges of enforcement of judgment.

Akachi Mark, the younger brother to the late victim who spoke from witness box had narrated to the panel how his brother was shot by a police officer which led the CP to visit their family and promised justice in the matter.
Mark on behalf of the family demanded for one N100m compensation and asked that the police officer who killed his brother should be brought to justice.
