Instead of thirty-four billion naira claimed by the Federal Government, Governor WIKE said he only got seventeen billion naira.
Governor WIKE challenged the Federal Government to publish the account where it paid thirty-four billion naira in respect of the Paris Fund Refund to the Rivers State Government.
The Governor made the observation while during the First Session of the 8th Synod Thanksgiving Service of the Anglican Province of Niger Delta.
Governor WIKE further alleged that the Federal Government short-changed Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Delta states in the Paris Club Debt refund because they are PDP-controlled states.
