The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, has addressed the controversy surrounding the marriage he arranged between his adopted autistic son, popularly known as Aboy, and a 53-year-old woman. The cleric said the decision was taken in the best interest of the young man, who is currently undergoing rehabilitation. He explained that the marriage was intended to help stabilize his behaviour and provide emotional support as part of his recovery process.
Apostle Chibuzor further stated that just three days after the marriage, he had already observed positive changes in the young man’s conduct. Meanwhile, the bride, Blessing Jack, dismissed claims that she was motivated by financial gain, insisting that her decision was guided by her faith. Reports indicate that the young man had allegedly been abandoned by his parents at the church premises several years ago before he was taken in by the ministry.
