WORI in an interview with Today FM, wondered why those commissioned to safeguard the pipeline would be the ones perpetrating the act of illegal oil bunkering.
The OSPAC leader who warned against using his name to carry out such act, denied any involvement in bunkering activities, stressing that anyone caught will be dealt with.
Emeka Wori also raised alarm over the activities of some new recruit of the Nigerian Army who have allegedly returned to their communities to intimidate those who chased them out, when they were members of a cult group before joining the force.
Wori further called on the General Officer Commanding Six Division, Nigerian Army Port Harcourt, the Governor of Rivers State Siminalayi Fubara and other relevant authorities to urgently intervene to rescue the situation.
When contacted the Acting Deputy Director Public Relations six Division Nigerian Army Port Harcourt, Major Danjuma Jonah-Danjuma requested that the complainant provide the Army with a pictorial evidence that those mentioned are recruits of the Army.
