Players of Nigeria’s national football team, the Super Eagles, have started arriving at their training camp in preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.
Goalkeeper Francis Uzoho was the first to report to the camp in Cairo, Egypt, followed by fellow goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali. Midfielders Fisayo Dele‑Bashiru and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro have also joined the squad.
Coaching staff and other team officials are already at the camp as preparations intensify ahead of Nigeria’s group stage matches.
The team aims to make a strong start in the tournament as they finalise training in the lead-up to the competition.
