Nigeria’s Falconets have arrived in Bielsko-Biała ahead of their Round of 16 clash against England at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.
The knockout encounter is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, at the Bielsko-Biała Stadium, with kick-off set for 2pm Nigerian time.
The Falconets booked their place in the knockout stage after recording a commanding 10-1 victory over New Caledonia in their final Group F match.
Moses Aduku’s side finished second in Group F with four points from three matches, behind group winners Spain. England also advanced as runners-up in Group B after finishing behind Brazil.
The Nigerian team will now battle for a place in the quarter-finals as they seek to continue their campaign in the tournament.
