Odum, who is a native of Elekahia in Port Harcourt city Local Government Area of Rivers State, had gone into hiding following incessant protests by residents who invested in his company.
The EFCC in a statement called on members of the public with useful information that can lead to his arrest to report to the closest EFCC office in their state.
