The National Democratic Party in Rivers State has called on residents to support its vision for what it describes as a new era of democratic leadership.
State Chairman of the party, Allwell Igbor, said the party is focused on strengthening its grassroots structures ahead of future elections.
The party’s Publicity Secretary, Bagbi A. Bagbi, stated that the NDP has already established presence in all 23 local government areas despite being newly registered.
The State Woman Leader, Orlu Ichechukwu, also urged greater participation of women in politics ahead of the 2027 general elections.
