The investigation followed a petition written by the Port Harcourt City Local Government branch Chairman of NUT, DOLPHIN NSIRIM, calling for the intervention of the NUT National Chairman, MICHAEL OLUKOYA.
According to the document sighted by our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR, the petitioners claim that the fencing of over twelve plots of land belonging to the NUT was never discussed at any meeting of the State Executive Council of the union.
