The Special Adviser to the Governor on Lands and Survey, ANUGBUM ONUOHA said criminals were using the uncompleted buildings and makeshift shops as the safe haven.
ONUOHA denied knowledge of any agreement between the traders and the Port Harcourt City Local Government Council over the space.
In a statement by his Media Assistant, Prince UWAIFO OVIAWE, ONUOHA disclosed that the area has been acquired by the government for meaningful projects.
