Maritime workers call for more security on water ways

A National board of trustee member, Harry Waite in an interview with Todayfm’s Sandra Kenneth,urged the government to do more in its fight against sea pirates, stressing that their members are always at risk on the waterways.

Waite Lamented that the Abonemma-Kula and Port Harcourt-Bonny waterways have over the years experienced insecurities.

Harry stressed that few gun boats seen on the waters are only serving government and not the public.
