FALANA, who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, says the National Assembly is only responsible to ensure that they expunge any fraudulent provision in the budget.On the controversy trailing the Lagos-Rail line project, FALANA said the National Assembly has the responsibility to deliberate on the project, whether it was included in the presented budget or not.The rights lawyer also took a swipe at the Nigerian Senate over plans to amend the Code of Conduct Bureau and the Code of Conduct Tribunal Acts, stressing that those sponsoring the amendments are provoking Nigerians.
