JTF raid militant camp in Bayelsa ,arrest three suspected members Niger Delta Avengers.

Those arrested are said to be part of the group that recently attacked troops around Nembe creeks.

The JTF Commander, Rear Admiral JOSEPH OKOJIE said the team acted on a tip-off, and was able to track the militants in their camp at Epebu Creek in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa.

OKOJIE said nine AK-47 rifles, twenty AK-47 magazines, one FN rifle, four HK-21 machine guns, one G3 machine gun, three General Purpose Machine Guns, two G3 magazines, one FN magazine, one gun powder container, one Epenal gun boat and a large quantity of ammunitions were recovered by the ODS taskforce.
