Nwauju in a statement said it is no longer news that there was an inauguration of a seven-man CTC against a pending Court Exparte and Interlocutory Injunction from the Federal Capital Territory High Court.
The embattled Spokesman of APC in Rivers State claimed that the court process was served and received by the NWC at the National secretariat of the party on the 24th day of November 2023.
Nwauju who also expressed concern that the action of the NWC was in defiance to the authority of the Court, said the NWC of the party should have maintained status quo, in respect to the already existing State, Local Government and Ward Executive Committee validly elected on the 16th day of October 2021.
Nwauju further warned members of the so-called CTC not to parade themselves or operate under the APC in Rivers State, pending the determination of exparte motion on notice before the court.
