Governor WIKE is expected to deliver a keynote address on international and national developmental issues.
This was disclosed in a statement by his Special Assistant on Electronic Media, SIMEON NWAKAUDU, who quoted Governor WIKE saying the invitation was a good opportunity to share experiences with the international community on developments in Nigeria.
NWAKAUDU said the invitation was extended by the Manager of the Africa Programme at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, also known as Chatham House, TIGHISTI AMARE.
