To this end; the ECOWAS leaders over the weekend made plans to attend the inauguration of President-Elect, ADAMA BARROW.

Before the ECOWAS declaration; BARROW had also vowed to declare himself as President on the expiration of the official tenure of incumbent YAHYAH JAMMEH today.
