Former President of the Nigeria Bar Association OLISAH AGBAKOGBA has asked the Chief Judge of Nigeria to clarify the powers of the Code of Conduct Bureau.
AGBAKOBA, who was a guest on a television Programme monitored in Port Harcourt, made the statement against the backdrop of the arguments over the jurisdiction of the federal High Court and the Code of conduct tribunal.
He said the clarification will help put light in the controversies the matter has generated.
The Former NBA President also said that issue will fizzle out same way according him; other issues in the past have been forgotten, adding that it is not unconnected with the 2019 general elections.
