DA SILVA and ROUSSEFF are accused by Brazil’s top prosecutor of forming a criminal organization to divert funds from the state-owned oil company.
Prosecutor RODRIGO JANOT alleged that LULA, ROUSSEFF and six fellow members of the Workers’ Party committed a series of crimes involving Petrobras from 2002 to 2016.
