Finebone threw the challenge while reacting to the release of ExxonMobil staff arrested and kept in isolation center at Elekahia Stadium for violating Executive order of boundaries Lockdown by Governor Wike.
While expressing satisfaction with the release of the ExxonMobil workers, Finebone said he considered their arrest as hostage taking.
The former APC spokesman said claims by the Rivers state government that eminent persons intervened was not true, stressing that the Governor knew a hammer was about to fall on him, hence he quickly released the ExxonMobil workers.
