With just a year to the kickoff of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the world football governing body has officially unveiled the tournament’s three mascots.

The competition, which will be jointly hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the United States, will feature mascots symbolic of each host nation. Maple the Moose will represent Canada, Zayu the Jaguar will stand for Mexico, while Clutch the Bald Eagle will symbolize the United States.

The 2026 World Cup will be the first edition to feature 48 nations, expanding from the traditional 32-team format.
