European Union leaders are due to meet to finalise a deal with Turkey on efforts to ease the migrant crisis affecting the region.
Turkish Prime Minister AHMET DAVUTOGLU is expected to join the summit on Friday.The European Council President DONALD TUSK acknowledged that there are unresolved catalogue of issues that are standing in the way of an agreement.Reports say the proposed plan would see all migrants arriving in Greece from Turkey sent back.
