Deputy Chairman of Emohua Local Government Vigilante Service, EMOVIS, Chief Emeka Wori said the move follows an increased rate of criminal activities as a result of hike in the intake of hard drugs in the communities.
Wori threatened that henceforth, anyone caught selling or taking any form of illegal drug would be arrested and handed over to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
He also warned landlords housing criminals to be ready to face the full wrath of the law.
