To this end, Civil Societies and Non-governmental organizations have called on members of the public to help the Police with information that can lead to the re-arrest of DIKE.
The CSOs and NGOs drawn from the Niger Delta states made the call after a meeting held in Port Harcourt over the security challenges in Rivers state.
Some leaders of the organizations who spoke with our correspondent issued a forty-eight hour ultimatum to the Police to announce to Nigerians re-arrest of the murder suspect.
The civil society advocates also appealed to the Police to go beyond offering a reward for information on the whereabouts of the runaway suspect and assure the potential whistles blowers of their safety.
