Defence headquarters gets new Spokesman.

Brigadier General ABUBAKAR has been replaced by Major General JOHN ENENCHE as the Director of Defence Information.

Until his appointment, Major General ENENCHE was the Defence Liaison Officer at the Defence Headquarters.
