This comes as Kano state confirmed twenty-three new cases of the coronavirus disease taking the number of cases in the state to fifty-nine.
It also comes amidst calls by Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje for an investigation to ascertain the cause of the tens of unusual deaths in the state with many corpses reportedly buried since the declaration of the lock down at Dandolo cemetery in Dala local government area.
Brifing newsmen in Abuja, the Minister of State for Health, Senator Olurunmibe Mamora said the development in Kano is worrisome and being examined by the Federal government.
He said Kano being as densely populated as Lagos will be given attention to avoid community spread of the virus.
