Others in the suit filed by Governor Wike; are the National Secretary of the PDP, Samuel Anyanwu and the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Presiding Judge, Justice James Omotosho in an an exparte order by counsel to Governor Wike also restrained the defendants from expelling WIKE from the PDP and that status quo and peace relating to the matter should be maintained.
According to the court process obtained by Today FM, Justice Omotosho also granted leave of the court to serve the defendants the court process through a substituted means by pasting it on the wall of the National Secretariat of the PDP in Abuja.
Justice Omotosho thereafter adjourned to 14th of February, 2023 for hearing.
