Court adjourns Rivers APC exco dissolution case to March 13

Other defendants in the suit filed by Sam-Sam Etetegwung for himself and all elected executive of APC are; the Inspector General of Police, Nigerian Police and Independent National Electoral Commission.

Earlier, the plaintiffs through their Counsel, Collins Dike, had secured experte orders to serve the originating summon, and other processes to the defendants especially the first and send defendants, through substituted means.

Today FM’S correspondent Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that when the matter resumed hearing in court, Presiding Judge, Justice C. N WALI adjourned to March 13th for hearing, on a suit filed by the dissolved APC executive challenging their dissolution and the appointment of the APC caretaker executive led by Tony Okocha in Rivers state.

Justice Wali gave the adjournment to enable lawyer to the respondent, Rex Nwogu, respond and serve process to all the parties in the matter.

Speaking to newsmen outside the courtroom, Nwogu, spoke on the proceedings.

On his part Collins Dike who is Counsel to the dissolved elected APC executives, explained why his clients went to court.
