Speaking during a live television interview ASUU President, Professor Emmanuel Osodeke, accused the Federal Government of using hunger as a tool to force the striking lecturers into returning to their classrooms.
Professor Osodeke maintained that the current administration cannot use the force of hunger to force the striking union members back to the classrooms.
The ASUU president also frowned at the recent report that about sixty three bills seeking to establish more universities in Nigeria are currently at the National Assembly.
